Leasing Consultant

Atwood Management is excited to offer a great opportunity for a leasing professional to join our team. We are looking for a full-time leasing consultant to work in an exciting and vibrant sales and customer service environment. Qualified candidates will have some sales/retail experience, have outstanding customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills. must love to work in high energy office, have strong multi-tasking skills and be willing to work some evenings/weekends.

We are looking for someone who can help our team maintain a low vacancy rate and keep strong relationships with current and future residents. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills. We offer competitive pay and benefits. Duties of Employee (include but not limited to):

• Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties
• Receive prospect leads and follow up to set up showings
• Show and lease all units at assigned and unassigned properties that best meet prospects housing needs.
• Follow up with prospect after showings until prospect becomes customer or lost
• Monitor applications, complete paperwork and collect payments as needed for successful completion of each lease
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure unit is ready for customer to move in on agreed date
• Monitor and obtain renewals
• Perform unit inspections at move-in, move-out and as needed during occupancy
• Participate in outreach marketing
• Assist in advertising efforts
• Make recommendations to leadership on rates, condition, unit/property needs, and projects based on direct observations and prospect/customer feedback.
• Participate in after-hours “on-call” responsibilities in rotation with other leasing and management staff as scheduled.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, "people-person" with strong sales and customer service skills. You may share leasing duties with other leasing consultants, maintaining office hours 5 days a week (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays; and weekends as needed).
