We are excited to offer a career opportunity to join our professional team as HR Generalist. We are looking for a full-time person to oversee human resources and general administration operations.
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience, will have outstanding customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills.
Principal Responsibilities:
Management
- Maintain a documented system of policies and procedures
- Manage outsourced functions
- Work with department managers and leadership to design an organizational structure adequate for achieving each department's goals and objectives
- Serve as liaison with outsourced IT company to ensure we are running smoothly and efficiently
- Identifies customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all customer interactions, transactions, and engagements
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure that gaps in the customer experience- irrespective of where they occur in the journey - are plugged
- Payroll reconciliation for a bi-weekly payroll utilizing ADP Software
- Conduct new hire meetings, review all confidential initial employee paperwork including completion of applications, W4, I-9 forms and numerous other internal documents
- Review and counsel employee regarding benefit packages, employee deductions, and garnishments
- Develop and maintain Employee Handbook
- Attend unemployment hearings
- Establish and maintain GraceHill Training to ensure all staff is up to date on Fair Housing and all employee training
- Collects, tracks, and analyzes customer feedback and suggests improvements internally based on the insights gathered - helps measure metrics to gauge how the brand is performing on CX performance parameters
- Communicates regularly with leadership and other customer-facing teams to identify gaps and opportunities, if any in the brand experience.
- Closely monitors business processes and makes recommendations to Leadership when something needs correction to ensure the customer has a seamless experience.
- May plan and coordinate meetings, events, and trade shows if necessary.
- Seeks to explore opportunities to add value to the brand.
- Office supply orders and employee clothing orders.
