Atwood Management is excited to offer a career opportunity to join our professional team as Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a full-time employee to work in an exciting and vibrant office and support environment. Qualified candidates will have outstanding customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills, must love to work in high energy office, and have strong multi-tasking skills.


We are looking for a reliable, motivated, “people-person” who can help our team keep strong relationships, handle, organize, track, input and monitor all incoming communication, leases and tenant information. Additionally, candidates must be organized, detail oriented and possess strong communication and computer skills.


Job Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office and general office equipment


Job Duties:

  • Take and respond to phone calls, emails, and online chat
  • Follow up on leasing leads from multiple sources
  • Enter prospects into management software
  • Schedule showing appointments with prospects
  • Follow-up on all showings/reschedule
  • Assist with leasing paperwork, move-in folders and keys
  • Assist with application input and processing for tenant screening
  • Assist with marketing
  • Enter maintenance works orders
  • Assist with inquiries on leasing, accounting, maintenance and other issues.
  • Additional office support as needed
  • Input leases
  • Verify documents
  • Contact tenants as requested
  • Complete rental verifications

You may share duties with other Customer Services Representatives

Maintain office hours 5 days a week (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays)

After hours and weekend help may be requested.

Background and screening required as a condition of employment.
