We are excited to offer a career opportunity to join our professional team as Corporate Services Manager. We are looking for a full-time person to oversee our customer service and administration team.


Position Overview: As the Corporate Service Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of various corporate services within the organization. Your primary focus will be on overseeing administrative assistants and customer service representatives, as well as maintaining responsibility for processes of collections, evictions, rental licensing, violations, and other systems data entry. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  1. Collections Management:
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize rent collections.
  3. Monitor and manage delinquent accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  4. Collaborate with the finance team to address financial discrepancies.
  5. Eviction Process:
  6. Oversee the eviction process, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and landlord approval where necessary.
  7. Work closely with legal resources and external partners to expedite eviction proceedings.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to eviction cases.
  9. Rental Licensing:
  10. Ensure all properties under management comply with local, state, and federal licensing requirements through preparation of necessary forms, coordination of inspections, and monitoring of license statuses.
  11. Stay updated on changes in licensing regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  12. Coordinate with relevant authorities to secure new and renewal licenses as needed.
  13. Manage rental strike violations and corresponding resolutions.
  14. Violations Management:
  15. Manage and resolve property violations efficiently and in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  16. Implement preventive measures to minimize violations.
  17. Communicate with property owners, tenants, and regulatory bodies to address and resolve violations promptly.
  18. Team Oversight:
  19. Supervise and lead a team of administrative assistants and customer service representatives, managing workload and assignment of incoming requests for administrative assistance from various other departments.
  20. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high-performance standards.
  21. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in property management, with a focus on collections, evictions, licensing, and violations. 
  • Strong understanding of local and federal property management regulations. 
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
