Atwood Management is excited to offer a career opportunity to join our professional team as an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a full-time employee to work in an exciting and vibrant support environment. In addition, this individual must have a desire to work in a high energy office where multi-tasking is essential.


We are looking for someone who is capable of analyzing situations and works to reach a solution at all times. The ability to grasp and interpret office policies and demonstrate a solid knowledge of the processes and protocols for the company is a must. Additionally, candidates must be organized, detail oriented and possess strong computer skills. We offer competitive pay and benefits. Administrative Assistant Job Duties

  • Answer all incoming phone calls, walk-ins, scheduled tours, emails, and chats in a problem-solving manner.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Leasing Team for the full life cycle of the tenant experience from follow up on leasing leads, schedule showings, process rental verifications, input leases, assist with move-in flow, lease renewals and coordinate the move-out flow.
  • Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted promptly, files are digitally uploaded, properly named, and maintained. Track, record and administer lease renewal offers, renter’s insurance documents, and pet agreements.
  • Review unit vacancy report and update availability.
  • Ensure proper response and handling of all leasing and/or property emergencies with staff, residents, buildings, etc. within company guidelines to minimize liabilities (i.e., criminal activity on the property, employee/resident injuries, fires, floods, freezes, etc.)
  • Enter maintenance work orders and follow up and track completion of specific work orders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Homeowners Association Team by assisting in preparation and distribution of Association correspondence, notices, and packets.


Customer Service/Office Rep Job Duties:

  • Take and respond to phone calls, emails, and online chat
  • Follow up on leasing leads from multiple sources
  • Enter prospects into management software
  • Schedule showing appointments with prospects
  • Follow-up on all showings/reschedule
  • Assist with leasing paperwork, move-in folders and keys
  • Assist with application input and processing for tenant screening
  • Assist with marketing
  • Enter maintenance works orders
  • Assist with inquiries on leasing, accounting, maintenance and other issues.
  • Additional office support as needed
  • Input leases
  • Verify documents
  • Contact tenants as requested
  • Complete rental verifications

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, “people-person” with strong administrative skills. You may share leasing duties with other admin, maintaining office hours 5 days a week (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays; and weekends as needed).
